FULL TIME – FIXED TERM (Two weeks)

HillSide Christian College is an evangelical Christian school with an approximate enrolment of 450 students from Years K-12. In 2025, there will be approximately 235 Secondary students enrolled in Years 7 – 12. 

Successful applicants will be practising evangelical Christians, who are able to demonstrate and work within the College’s Christian framework. All teachers will need to accept the College’s Code of Conduct (including Statement of Faith) and all compliance requirements. All teachers will be expected to be able to teach from a Christian worldview.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position Title:​​           Secondary Science and Chemistry Teacher

FTE:                            1.0

Fixed Term:              3rd to 14th February 2025 (first two weeks, Term One)

Purpose:                   Staff leave relief

Role Expectations:  Secondary Teacher with capability to deliver Year 7, 9 and 10 Science, and Year 11 and 12 ATAR Chemistry 

Salary:                       HillSide Teacher Pay Scale (negotiable on qualifications and experience)
