SEDA College WA is an Independent Secondary School and provider of the Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE). With the College one teacher, one class model, successful candidates will teach across the curriculum and create safe and applied learning environments. The teachers of Sports Development Programs will deliver General Physical Education, English and Career and Enterprise WACE courses combined with industry VET qualifications. The teacher will be required to develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders (including parents, students, local community, employers, and local government). Our industry emersed programs means that teaching staff have the opportunity to work closely and collaboratively with our elite industry partners. You will be joining SEDA College WA as a pivotal part of a dedicated and successful team. This is an important role, so it goes without saying that you will need to be registered with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA) and have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40110 (or be prepared to work towards one), coupled with relevant industry currency; current driver’s licence, current working with children check and a current First Aid qualification (including CPR).
