Santa Maria College is a leading Catholic girls' school, founded by the Sisters of Mercy with 1,280 students in Years 5 - 12 including 150 boarders.
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional individual to take on the role of Mathematics Teacher. The successful applicant will have a passion for inspiring students and have experience teaching Year 11, 12 Methods and Specialist.
The successful applicant will join a dynamic and committed Mathematics team.
This role is a full-time ongoing position commencing in Term 1, 2025.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Knowledge of and commitment to the ethos and values of Catholic and Mercy education
- A passion and ability to teach Mathematics, including Methods and Specialist.
- Capacity for innovative, engaging teaching and learning
- Ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff and parents
- Highly developed ICT skills
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Appropriate teacher qualifications
- Eligibility for teacher registration in Western Australia
- Working With Children Check
