Manager, Curriculum and School Improvement

Description

We are seeking a Manager, Curriculum and School Improvement to lead a team of consultants in the coordinated development of programs and services grounded in evidence.  This role focuses on building and growing leader and teacher capability and supporting schools in their continuous efforts to enhance educational quality.

This full-time position reports to the Director, Curriculum and Pedagogy.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs and initiatives related to curriculum and school improvement.

  • Proven track record of effectively leading teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Strong knowledge of educational trends, standards, pedagogical theories, research, and best practices, particularly in school improvement models and frameworks.

  • Experience in planning and delivering professional learning with diverse audiences.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in current educational technologies and their integration into curriculum and pedagogy. 

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • A Master’s or Ph.D. in Education or a related field.

  • A minimum of 8 years experience in educational leadership, with a significant focus on curriculum leadership. 

  • Possession of a current unrestricted Driver’s Licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
