About the Role
The Deputy Head of Primary - Meadow Springs is a full-time role, starting in Term 2, 2025. This position is part of both the Primary Leadership and Extended Executive teams.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Primary – Meadow Springs to oversee all aspects of teaching and learning, ensuring an exceptional educational experience for all students. You will also provide leadership in the development and management of teaching programs.
We’re looking for a candidate that is creative, collaborative, organised and excellent in pastoral care and managing the efficient operations in the Primary School.
The successful applicant will be offered a competitive salary based on their skills and experience.
A comprehensive handover will be provided during Term 1 of 2025 to ensure a smooth transition.
Pastoral Care
As an Anglican School, pastoral care is extremely important at Frederick Irwin Anglican School. This is a role of the teachers who manage the supervision and welfare of the students while at school.
