Providence Christian College is a Co-educational, non-denominational K-12 College with around 1060 students located in Southern River, WA.

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the following full-time position:

Registrar (Job Share) and Administration Person 

The College is looking to appoint a highly motivated, suitably qualified full-time College Registrar and administrator who will report directly to the Business Manager. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and committed people-person with exceptional organisational skills to provide high-level administrative support.

  • You are passionate about living out your Christian faith, and you are prepared to model, uphold and support the Ethos of the College and its Core Values.
  • You will be the point of contact for all new student enrolments, liaising with prospective parents while overseeing the enrolment process, scheduling interviews for the Principal, and finalising the transition of the student into the College.
  • You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to establish professional rapport with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are detail-oriented and proficient in recording and managing all new student and family data.
  • You are prepared to assist the events team with College tours during Marketing events and any other events involving new families and students.
  • You will regularly monitor enrolment levels in all year groups and advise the College Executive accordingly.
  • You will prepare and provide Statistical Data, Attendance Data, Census Reports, Audit Reports and other relevant information to government departments.
  • You will manage and maintain procedures for student withdrawals from the College.
  • You will work closely with the Principal and College Executive Team to assist them with student data relevant to their respective Leadership portfolios.
  • Provide  Administration support and perform Administration duties as required.

 

The successful applicant will:

 

  • Possess exceptional organisational skills, with a passion for planning, organising, and prioritising administrative tasks and systems.
  • Be self-driven and able to work efficiently to complete tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Be a strong communicator and take pride in the presentation, quality, and efficiency of your work.
  • Have a proven ability to exercise high levels of confidentiality, discretion, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional rapport with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be knowledgeable and have the capacity to efficiently use ICT and organisational systems, including proficiency across the Google suite of programmes.
  • Experience in a school environment is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Experience with TASS and Digistorm is highly desirable but not essential.

 

Additional Requirements:

 

  • All applicants are required to attain and maintain a Working with Children Check clearance. 
  • You are required to provide a current Police Clearance report (no older than three months).
  • You will be expected to complete a Child Safety course as part of the induction process if you have not already done so.
  • You must have the right to live and work in Australia (VEVO checks will be conducted to confirm your eligibility to work in Australia).
