Dr Nancy Bonfiglio-Pavisich invite you to join AISWA's Positive Workplaces Program. This program brings together research from the positive psychology field blended with teachings on cultural norms and experiences of rich workplace cultures. It is open to anyone who is interested in building a joyful workplace culture through a process of inclusion, engagement, and well-being. Participants will be invited to explore how they position themselves and others in the workplace, and how the latest research in neuro leadership can assist in building an inclusive and thriving workplace culture.

Meika Pfeiffer-Gough is the Leadership and Teaching Excellence Manager at AISWA, part of the Curriculum and School Improvement Directorate. With 19 years of experience as a teacher and leader across diverse PK-12 educational settings, Meika is committed to promoting excellence in teaching and leadership. She highlights the importance of emotional intelligence and relational trust in building strong, respectful connections within school communities, recognizing these as essential for creating positive learning environments and inspiring growth. Passionate about leadership development, Meika works to empower confident, reflective leaders who drive collective success.
Nancy Pavisich
Dr Nancy Pavisich is a renowned consultant in leadership, management, and communication, dedicated to empowering individuals and organisations. She specialises in developing leaders and teams, drawing on extensive experience in Catholic, Government, and Independent schools. With a Ph.D. in Mentoring and multiple qualifications, Dr Nancy lectures at Edith Cowan University and tutors at the University of Notre Dame. She facilitates workshops for the Australian Institute of Management’s MBA program and is a published author. Dr Nancy’s work is grounded in evidence-based research and has earned her prestigious awards in educational leadership and consultancy.
