Description

AISWA is excited to offer a dynamic and interactive Professional Learning session on teaching Respectful Relationships in schools. This session will equip educators with practical tools, real-world scenarios, and evidence-based strategies to confidently navigate conversations around consent, inclusivity, and gender diversity in the classroom.

Jaquie Hendricks

Jaquie Hendricks

Dr Jacqui Hendriks is a leading education consultant and researcher in respectful relationships and consent education. She has extensive experience advising education departments and supporting the development of evidence-based resources that align with national and state curriculum requirements. Jacqui brings more than two decades of experience in health promotion, education and sexology with particular expertise in engaging with school students and young people.

Tasha Lawton

Tasha Lawton

Tasha Lawton has over a decade of experience in developing and delivering interactive education programs for schools. She has led large-scale projects across Australia, designing evidence-based curricula that integrate best-practice pedagogy and real-world applications specifically in the area of Respectful Relationships. Tasha has successfully worked with education departments, government agencies, and schools to implement impactful learning initiatives. Tasha holds a Grad Cert in Sexology from Curtin University.
