Description

The ConnectED Learning Series supports early career teachers (ECTs) by addressing the challenges of their first professional years through an evidence-informed, collaborative learning experience. Delivered by AISWA over two years, the program consists of eight stand-alone modules (one per term), each hosted by a participating school.

Each session includes:

  • Evidence-based pedagogical practices aligned with High Impact Practices (HIPS).
  • Professional skill development, including report writing, parent communication, and portfolio preparation for proficient teacher accreditation.
  • Opportunities for networking and structured reflection to strengthen professional relationships and support systems.

ECTs can join at any stage, with a maximum of five participants per school. Those who complete all eight modules will receive AISWA accreditation.

By building teacher capacity, ensuring consistency, and strengthening professional networks, the program supports early career teachers in developing confidence and expertise while enhancing student outcomes.

Cost for this program is $2000 per school per year. There is no cost to register for this event through the website. An invoice will be issued separately.
