AISWA School Psychology Service

The role of the AISWA Schools Psychology Service (ASPS) is to provide a specialist psychology-based service to AISWA schools in order to creatively and effectively assist schools and school staff in their mission of supporting, engaging and educating their students.

It does this by drawing on the wide range of skills and competencies of the psychologists, drawing on best practice and evidence-based interventions, and, valuing the independence of the Schools being served, respectful of both their autonomy and the diversity which is the basis of their core values.

It will best serve schools when service is based on building and developing relationships within and across both schools and education sectors, as well as with other agencies.  It seeks to provide a service that encourages and promotes best-practice, empowers and supports school staff, and, is sustainable and consultative.

Please forward any enquiries to the ASPS Lead Psychologists via email.
