CSER Lending Library - Digital Technologies equipment

The Computer Science Education Research Group (CSER) have established a National Lending Library program that will enable teachers to integrate a huge range of exciting and motivating Digital Technologies educational equipment into the classroom.

Independent Schools can request to borrow, for free, a selection of Digital Technologies educational equipment accompanied by lesson plans, based on CSER MOOCs, designed for different age groups and mapped to relevant content descriptors in the Australian Curriculum: Digital Technologies learning area.

The first kits available for loan in Term 1, 2017 include Beebot, Sphero, Ozobot and Makey Makey kits. Register your interest in borrowing one of the CSER Lending Library kits by completing this Lending Library Request form.

CSER will be introducing new kits in the near future and expanding their support to later year levels. Staff at Independent Schools are invited to provide feedback on what additional kits they would like to see available by completing this Survey on Lending Library preferences

AISWA also provides a hire facility for a range of IT equipment including kits of mobile devices, 3D printers and a variety of programmable devices. AISWA member schools should login to the ICT Capability area of the Member Portal for more information.
