Kennedy Baptist College is a leading co-educational Christian school for students in Years 7 to 12, located in Perth’s southern suburb of Murdoch. Kennedy Baptist College was formed in 2013 after the amalgamation of two neighbouring Colleges. It is now home to approximately 1,200 students, and together we enter the next exciting chapter.

About the Role
Head of Finance
This is a leadership role in the College. It is expected that you lead by example the College values in all your interactions, balancing the relational and the delivery of strategic objectives are essential. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance and Operations, your expertise enables your team to deliver essential finance activities and provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.
This is a hands-on role where you lead and manage a team of finance professionals, supporting the mission and vision of the College. You are characterised by words like integrity, excellent commercial acumen, strategic, astute steward of financial resources and a strong collaborator across teams. You champion your team, developing capacity and capability through mentoring and imbedding continuous improvement.
Your active participation in the Kennedy Leadership Excellence Programme and individual personal and professional development is expected.
This is an ongoing full-time role.
