Drama Teacher - Semester Two, 2024
Our College is seeking a passionate and innovative Drama Teacher for Semester 2, 2024 to cover a member of staff on maternity leave. It is anticipated this will be a fixed-term, part-time role, however, proficiency in another learning area may increase the load to full-time.
The successful applicant will join a supportive staff team in a collegial environment.
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following:
- Understanding of, and ability to teach with passion, Drama to secondary students.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively as a team member and independently.
- Enthusiasm in developing young people.
- The ability to utilise ICT in a classroom environment.
Desirable
- The ability and expertise to teach another learning area will be highly regarded.
- Experience in a leadership role would also be advantageous.
