Head of Campus

St Stephen’s School is seeking applications for two newly created roles of Head of Campus Carramar and Duncraig to lead the teaching and learning, pastoral and co-curricular activities of the school to the highest level.Reporting to, and deputising for, the Principal, the Head of Campus will be responsible for the delivery of contemporary pedagogy and student well-being programs, whilst ensuring a safe, stimulating and challenging environment. Providing leadership in both the strategic and operational day-to-day matters, as well as enabling quality and excellence in spearheading improvements and continuous innovation are key aspects of this role.The successful candidate will be a strong and experienced leader, with the recognised ability to operate across a whole of school environment. The appointee will display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with an engaging approach and the ability to inspire trust and acceptance from a range of stakeholders. With outstanding organisational skills and a practical approach, the successful candidate will be a progressive thinker, results driven, analytical and inspirational.
