South West Science Teacher’s School Development Day | Location: Newton Moore Senior High School, Bunbury | Monday 30th April 2018.
The event is opened with Key Note Speaker, previous winner of Young Scientist of the Year, Dr Tristan Clemons, who is a Bio Nana researcher. The remaining workshops expose and up skill teachers in a variety of fields including:university career pathways,WA Judging Standards,explicit teaching methodology, STEM initiatives, chemistry physics and lower school science and aquaculture.

Creative Writing PD Masterclass is on again
ATAR English teachers are invited to participate in a 2-day intensive Masterclass at Murdoch University presented by the Born Storytellers. The Masterclass combines theory and practical experience, in teaching Creative Writing to equip ATAR students, with the knowledge and skills required for effective WACE composition performance.You will attend a series of workshops specific to the ATAR curriculum requirements to help you better prepare students to meet the composition demands of the WACE.
